Delivery times exclude customs clearance, force majeure events such as weather, strikes, pandemics, and holidays that may cause delays.

3. Shipping Areas & Fees

We ship to major countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and more.

Most orders qualify for free shipping. Any additional shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package status on the carrier’s website.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • After order processing and shipment, the shipping address cannot be changed.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Exchanges are not currently supported. Please request a return and place a new order if needed.
